Hello everyone and welcome to the Learn It From Me Podcast! My name is Deja Criston and I am so grateful that you are here with me today! My intention for this podcast is to create a safe space and community where people can come to experience positivity, empowerment, and growth. Hello Lovely Brothers and Sisters!

Today we are talking about the blessings of the Lord that are found in the book of 1 Timothy in chapter 4!

This is the light for my path this upcoming year and I am so happy that I get to share it with y'all!

Main Points:
- Use discernment when listening to people
- Everything God created is good, and should be received with thanks!
- Train yourself to be Godly
- Don't let anyone look down on your because you are young.
- Set an example for people in how you walk and talk daily.
- Be diligent and bring others to Christ!

Lord,
Give me the courage to be obedient to you and strength to trust you. Your ways are always higher and I am living to be in harmony with your will. You are gracious and good Father!
