Hello everyone and welcome to the Learn It From Me Podcast! My name is Deja Criston and I am so grateful that you are here with me today! My intention for this podcast is to create a safe space and community where people can come to experience positivity, empowerment, and growth. Through these episodes you will be learning from me and other successful people about our journeys of transformation and the lessons we learned to get where we are now. If you are someone that wants to start elevating their life and want some encouragement along the way, you’re going to want to learn it from me! Over the past few years I have gone through some major life shifts that have inspired me to grow and have a deeper appreciation for myself and others.
